"There have been so many benefits and transformations from The Initiation for me, but my biggest transformation was becoming more comfortable with putting myself first, instead of constantly catering to others.
The most notable example of this is with my own emotions. From The Initiation I not only became aware of how often I was censoring my joy, rage, sadness, etc. in order to be "chill" and not make others around me uncomfortable, but I also became more comfortable expressing these emotions in the moment instead of tucking them away.
